I'm making a game for my game design class, and I was wondering:If you knew a game was a blatant advertisement, what would get you to play it?

I don't care as long as it's a good game. I guess I'd want some assurance that the gameplay is on par with normal games, and there aren't any in game commercials masquerading as unskippable cutscenes or long loading times.I gues the short answer is, really sell the game mechanics, and people will want to play it.
