I didn't get anything... :/

And Virus Bomb beat Inf, pysc, me, robo, scrap, and a bunch of others for best bots? ok?
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.

Next award voting should be earlier, because some of the titles are not true... Example: Newcomer of the year: G.K. (Should it be Joe?)

Most Optimistic: Tie between JoeBlo and Jack Daniels

I'm not really that optimistic.

its a close call with a few people, Pwn, Ounce, 123. but I myself dont feel much like a 2009er.

11th Jan I signed up and I was lurking for most of Dec 08 (as in visiting frequently without an account :P)

GK deserves it, Pwn I would be sure didnt come much after him in votes, the join dates are no longer displayed under our avatars like they were on the old software so for newer members its hard to figure out who came when.

inf didn't ned the unkind award, he's been gone most of the year. And sage: The results for best bots are for THIS YEAR, not the last 2 or three. Virus is underestimated, he deserved it.

What votes did I get GK?
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

OK, really not trying to be vain or conceited or anything of that sort, just stating the facts. There is NO WAY this (one of Virus Bomb's newest bots) :

is a better built bot than this (one of my newest bots):

If someone disagrees (with reason), I will take back everything I said and rethink everything I know about RA2.

Sheesh Sage, it's a goofy little contest. Don't let it go to your head one way or another. Besides, even if you didn't get first it's not like it means you stink.

Just pointing it out, Rejeee. Really this was an attack against S32's comment. Cause I like disproving S32.

I had the idea to make signature badges for the award winners, and GK gave me the thumbs up and told me to go for it. So here are a few I have made so far...

If you don't see yours here and would like one, shoot me a PM and I'll get you one.

Your bot is too busy, and I don't like how it has stacked casters. I didn't vote, though, so I had no say in the matter.

It's ok, JB. I figured with as many as you got that you wouldn't want them all. lol
Your signature doesn't need my work cluttering it up, anyway. It's awesome by it's self.

Yeah, Pwn, Ounce and 123 were all right behind me.

What votes did I get GK?

1 for most likely to be online, funniest, unkind, showoff, least likely to stay on topic,  2 for most pessimistic and enthusiastic, and you won independent.

Sage, it isn't an issue of building skill with those two bots... You and Virus have a very different style of building so you cannot just compare these two bots. I think bots like that from you are expected, Sage, However VB is relatively new which is why more people are impressed with his building at this point. (I know this wasn't best new builder category, just offering a potential explanation for other's actions.)

I didn't vote, personally. Just saying.

For once the mods did something right
