It's possible that it will be able to run as fine as other games I have played on PC...plus I am poor and have no job.I don't think that I have any friends (online or offline) that have Steam and play GTAIV online on PC.I will have to search through all of the mods that I downloaded when I bought the whole GTA collection, I think that may have been one of them.

Hell, even Fallout New Vegas runs adequately.
