Hacker from "Cyberchase."  Mock me all you want for choosing someone from a maths-based educational show, but that guy is undefeatable.  He makes people underestimate him by being really bad at maths, and then pulls off some impressive Xanathos Gamibts.  If anyone wants, I cna go through all the reasons why he'll eventully win.
 
Oh, and he's voiced by Christoper Lloyd; you know him as Doc from "Back to the Future" and Judge Doom from "Roger Rabbit." 
 
The voice actors for the good guys include Sierra and Leshawna from "Total Drama" and Gilbert Gottfried (Iago from Aladdin, the Aflac duck till recently).

Yes, awesome villain, he reminds me of Nar aswell somewhat.

Same here, although to create Nary, you'd need a bit of David Xanatos and Smaug in there as well.
