So i found a very outdated copy of Audacity on my computer today and... I don't have any loops know of any good sites you can get good loops at for free?

Just search about for VST instruments, you should get some stuff for beats and stuff.

try getting a trial for a program called mixcraft, it's really easy to use and comes loaded with samples and beats

I believe Virtual DJ will let you record in what ever format you want. Just hit record and then hit play quickly.
