Well, you use the slightly unfreindly photoshop or gimp. Alchemy is easy to use, and as such people can now churn out skins for bots. Not being rude, just saying that more people could make skins if motavated.
 
And that Gimp is for gimps.

Really? I know I can make really cool splashes (I think Raze and Daze was me best) and I can skin components well, but if we're talking about bots I never could skin them well at all. I don't think so, at least.

EDIT: I actually like the one I did for Pulse 1 better, cause I did some cooler text effects.
