Realistic Ai
« on: May 10, 2010, 10:46:24 AM »
I've started making extremely realistic robots (like, no jugglers, popups and mostly flippers) for an Ai pack and so far I've only made 2 teams and I want you to make some! They have to very realistic and the weight limit is (nah weight limits suck) Custom components will be allowed, but send them to me as well as the bot so happy building! I will Ai but I would prefer if you Ai your own team of bots.

PS. i hope to get some replicas guys!

Heres an Example

These are Falcon and Hodge

They have to very realistic and the weight limit is 400kg (MW) so there wont be some overpowered bots. Custom components will be allowed,

:ermm: You do know that custom components, or most of them, are overpowered ?

Might send some DSL hammer or flipper or whatever.

Or a Bad Attitude replica ??

Ok, i'll just send a custom razor with over 9000 piercing and it will pwn nearly anything while still being a legal bot !!

Kidding, but that's what could happen with your current rules Stagfish...

people normally say "I will allow custom components" as bait so people will make more  ;)

I felt it was the same with 02758683769493 kustom killers tourament idea

not saying there is anything wrong with that.. but thats why they say it.. not to get 9000dp razors no matter how hilarious that would be.

LOL at music.
Is this DSL?
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

You could probably edit your first post to ban external armor. That's what ultimately separated DSL from IRL designs.
Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)
Rust In Pieces 2 - Claymore (Runner-Up, Favourite Bot)
BBEANS 6 - Infection 4 (Runner-Up)
RA2 Team Championships - Serious Business, Skeksis (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, and Badnik)
RA2 Team Championships 2 - The Other Stig (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, Badnik, 090901, and R1885)
Replica Wars 3 - Abaddon (Runner-Up, Luckiest Bot)
BroBots - wheebot & yaybot (Runner-Up)
Robo Zone 2 - Dipper (4th place, Survival Champion, & Best Axle Bot)
ARBBC - The Covenant (3rd place, BW Rumble Winner, Most Feared BW)
