People may call dibs on stuff, even if it has nothing official (it's more like "may or may not build X"), yes.I'd rather not see people cal dibs on entire teams, however, you are free to "claim" some bots in Spike Heads, yeah. You'll be able to submit full teams as you desire (well, apart from a few conventions) once we are done with the original teams.
