Well I'm not really looking for a majority here.  I'll put in the ingame events if there's even mild interest since it's not that much work.

I really enjoyed them in BBEANS Stock AI and would love to see them again.
My above post explains everything about everything.

Host of: Wheely Tag, Back To The Beginnings, BTTB 2, BTTB 3, BTTB 4, & BTTB V.

Heavy Metal: Champion (Mockery of the Whole Concept)
Robotic International Wars Series 1: Champion (Minifridge 6)
RA2 Team Championships 1 & 2: Champion (High Speed Train & Upthrust - as part of Naryar's Not Quite Evil Council of Doom)

Runner Up in: The Amazing Rage (Team Fedex), R0B0NOVA (Zaphod Stock), Steel Warzone (Inception of Instability), Box of Nightmares (Gicquel), Wheely Tag (Minifridge the Second)

Clash Cubes IV: 5th place (Fretless)
BBEANS 6: Rumble Winner & 6th Place (Minifridge 4)

Agreed.
The thing with the tournaments is that I'd probably do them quite a bit if it wasn't for the repairs bit.
Is there any way to deactivate these?

Cutting Wedge Technology :D
*Sees Missile Test gets first spot*
*Is slightly annoyed but sees the reasoning*
*Plans to switch it with Hredder as soon as it comes out*
Better than GK since 2009.

Dark Horse? I approve. It did fit Kurt to a tee. Now, to await getting this and filling out the Wikis for them...

Final Z and KGY fit on their teams.

Fun Fact: Killer Green Yoshi was named after a years-old Lego HS bot.

Zombie Pirate Ninja would not have fit well in any other team than Ministry Of Silly Names.

Click, Can I send you Missile Test 2? It's AI'd too.

Nope, I'm only using bots that were actually intended to be used in BBEANS at one point in time.  Otherwise I'd be swamped with updates and I'd never get the pack done.

And it looks like the ingame tournaments WILL be done since at least one person (GK) wants them!

Edit:

In fact now that I think of it, it would be interesting to make a "Ingame Tournament Challenge" thread where you try to win ingame tournaments against Nar AI or Starcore AI.  With non-popups.

actually was my original idea for Backlash Online

have a passcode or such shown at the Golden Sawblade screen and race to find it out and submit it

only problem is everyone will just look in the files themselves and not bother playing..

You could put the passcode in a trophy gmf... make the trophy out of unskinned (so you can't just look at the .bmp) letter shapes.  It wouldn't be foolproof as anyone with component knowledge could just make a component out of it, but it would take a bit more effort.

What happened to MNB's and Pysc's BBEANS6 late entries (you said they could send their planned entries to this because they missed it)? Did they ever send them?

Hahaha I remember Zizza. It wasnt that bad it had 2 JXs and TWM3 Drive with vlads and a sawblade on a piglet at the back. I cannot remember if I sent you the one with the ant sawblade or thepussycat blade. I think that its the ant sawblade sadly.

Fun fact: My first robot robot game was Battlebots: Design and Destroy, and nearly every bot I built in it was named Zizza.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

I never got those bots.  They would have been included if I got them.

In other news, I finished it!   (First post updated.)

Here's the direct link: http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/files/dsl_bbeans_ai.rar

I'll make a section for it on my website later.

Just apply it to a clean copy of DSL 2.1 and it should work.

(Note: Read the Readme for directions on how to get The Hummingbird and What Sheck Spinner? to work.)

Also, some last-minute stuff I added in:
- 6 new ingame tournament events: BBEANS2, 4, and 6 1-on-1 and Rumble events.
- Lil' Eager V2.0 (original Havoky version of Lil' Eager V2 which I had to give a bigger chassis to fix.  This brings the total number of extra bots up to 32.  )
- Changed a few orange highlights to green on the bot select screen.  (It needed a bit more green than just the background.)

I gave it a quick run-through on another computer but didn't test every aspect.  So if you find any errors then post here.  Everything should be there though.

Hmm I didn't think of that... I'll wait and see if I need to fix anything else and then I'll do that.
