my bots are switched around i choose one from my first team
and get one from my second or third, why and can i fix it:angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::pissd::pissd::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::x:x:x:x:x

Hmmm. That happened to me too after removing the Newbies team. Must be an issue with teams.txt.

Well, save your bots and overwrite your old Teams folder with a new, fresh copy of it (with just The Newbies on it).

Ah, and if you must reinstall RA2, be sure to have another "virgin" copy of RA2, that you will only use as a backup for copying files.

copy/paste your Robot Designs folder to your desktop, after you exported them of course.

In the Team HQ, click once on the robot you want to export, and then go to Export in the lower corner of the screen.

Three things:

-Read the forums
-Use the Help buttons on your game
-Read the tutorials (at least the useful ones for you)

If you read the forums, you'll notice that both questions "how do i save my robots" and "how to export them" have been asked more than five, perhaps ten, times on the forums.
