I just Downloaded DSL and I need all ''Legal'' parts that can have...

Unless you want to build a SHW (1200 kg in DSL) then get the anti-ballast.

If you downloaded Sage's DSL .rar or if you installed DSL on a brand new copy of RA2, you have all the legal parts. No AI parts unlock like in stock.

If you downloaded and have custom components in your DSL game however...

I have a -400kg anti-ballast for download on page 1 on the Clash Cubes 2 thread, so you only need to apply one then build up to the 800kg limit then remove it and you have a SHW

They are supposed to be hidden and they should stay that way. You can unhide them if you want to use them for recreational bots, though.

These are technically cheat parts - most of them are unbalanced.

Visible parts are all that you need in DSL - also you DO have balanced typhoon spikes in DSL.

True, but there's the 2.1 concussion, high HP ones in the cheatbot list. 7kg or something.
