first off I don't just write all those steps out for the fun of it, I do it to help out people since I am putting in the time I would appreciate it if you didn't write things back in CAPS I personally take that as somebody shouting or making out that im stupid, perhaps a "thank you for your help but extract is not appearing when I right click the file" would go down nicer :-D
anyway try reinstalling WinRar as it should appear when the file is right clicked (make sure your not talking about having WinZip installed as it is a different program) but if your really sure its installed then you can try the free trial of this
