Everytime I keep trying to add a decal in the game, all that appears in its place is some white square. I know this might be a n00bish question but I'm kinda stuck so any idea what's going on?

Has to be specfic sizes, though I don't know them.

128², 256², 512², stuff like that.

You need a square .bmp (or .tga for transparent ones but it's a bitch to do) and the dimensions must be powers of 2.
