My cousin and I want to challenge each other...we live 15 minutes apart....is it possible to challenge? what do I require to set up such an option, If it is even possible..thanks

Go to multiplayer and press internet instead of local and you might find him

ok I did that but no luck..so we both installed hamachi....but heres the problem...when I loaded the first time I had lovely green lights which meant I could chat to my cousin, now they dont exist, but it still says I'm ready...does that mean I'm still online with it?

Wolf, he's not online at the moment. When they come on, start up RA2, click Multiplayer > LAN > make a server and play.
Honestly, it's not all it's cracked up to be. There's TONS of lag for the non-host(s).
