I looked in the folder and it was still the same RA2 stuff. So I deleted everything in RA2 and Pasted the Folders from AI pack. And now Im here.

You needed that stuff for the game to work!
Start over, get a fresh copy of Ra2. Copy the RWAI folder's contents over into Ra2. Say yes to all when it asks to overwrite. Then try running the game and find the ai robots.
Don't delete anything.

You did right until "So I deleted everything in RA2..." >.> Just do everything before that again and run Robot Arena 2.exe. The folders haven't changed; only their contents, so after you do "Yes to All" just run the .exe.

delete everything in RA2? We wouldn't say paste it into there if you didn't need all that stuff. You paste it in, press yes to all, then just play it as you would. It's all done. It's that simple.
