Well he should send another bot. The design's not legal as a MW in all cases.

He's gonna.  I'm just wanting to know theories about causes so I can be more knowledgable about it in the future.

Yoda,
The bot file is compromised ....  I won't explain here what was done, but it was BFE-ed.

Input is appreciated. :)
-Arrogance is a quantity devoid of quality...
-As a client once told me "This is my story, and it's sticking to me!"
-Relationships these days are like the 'Arrival' section of the airport: a lot of baggage is being revealed in one place, and not a lot of it is being correlated to its real owners...

That's what i thought as well.  Wanted confirmation from someone who would be better at spotting it than I.  Thanks Madiaba.

freeziez, again, BFE not allowed in my tourney, states so in the rules.

Actually, I do not know how to BFE, but I think I know what's wrong. To make this bot, I used Lug Nut, took him apart (kinda), and rebuilt him. I think BFE had been used on Lock Nut BEFORE I edited him.

Lock Nut v2.3 is BFE'd because of the stupid 6-mag collision mesh, but the anglers are your addition so there is no reason BFE done months before should affect them.

Plus still that 432 kg middleweight... the only way it could happen other than BFE would be swapping to a RA2 version where some of the components used on the bot would be heavier. I'm not even sure about the last one.

I had a weight problem with S.T.C's first entry in RIP1... could be a similar thing?

He's sent me a new bot now having the same weight issue.  This one weighs in at 638.8 and saying it's a middleweight.  I've sent him a list of all the components he's using on the bot and the weight they should be so he can double check it.

Just for sake of Occam's Razor, here's the weights as they show on my game

Perm 132 S -- 90
cleprechaun blade  --35
taz wheels --19
titanium sheet --30
multi extender (extra small) --3
T connector --5
BSG  --25
PC545  --25
Control board --4
multi extender (small) --6
Baseplate anchor --4

Alright, since I found out how to have multiple versions of Ra2 at once, I'll make the bot in my clean DSL version, and see if anything's different. If so, you can keep that bot. If not, then something's wrong with your game.

Okay, I think we've figure out the problems with the weight.  His perm motor weighs in at 10 kg on his installation.  Is there somewhere a list of the components with their official weights so he can check against it to see what's right and what's wrong?
