As has been mentioned many times, Spy is a difficult class - hard work with a big payoff. In my opinion.
This.

I would agree that the Engie has the lowest skill floor, but still not too far from Pyro and Heavy. Keep in mind though he only becomes cheap when you let him. Setup time is what usually kills him.
Yes- on their own they're basically cannon fodder, but if you give them time, a sneaky Engi can quickly become one of the most annoying opponents you can face.

So basically you are complaining because people are good at the game aka better than you.

No, that's not what I said at all. I was referring to how the success of an Engi typically depends on the time they have to build and strategic place their buildings.

Engie is 300x more strategic than Heavy, of which almost the ONLY way to play is w+m1.

Hmm... maybe you're right. Besides, heavy is made to be simple since he isn't very intelligent. :P

The most strategic thing a Heavy could do is being a meatshield with Fists of Steel on an open area and timing your Sandvich throws for your teammates. If it's damage you're looking for, explosions are better.

Also, I would be assuming you have never seen a nasty Engie before. Good ones time their building transfers just before the team pushes. Sentries are usually used to distract opponents while a hidden Scout/Spy flanks and kills them.

Actually, he only seems stupid due to English being his second language. He comes off as much more intelligent in the Russian dub-

And on a side note, according to Poker Night at the Inventory, he has a PHd in Russian Literature    =P

Fat scout with the holiday punch over miniguns anyday please. It actually makes heavy reasonably fun to play.

I'm getting used to engies now, because I've also gotten used to destroying sentry nests of 1 or more engies at a time. <3 demoman.

So... Guys.... Anyone planning to turn profit off their latest Festives?
(I have to get another Festive Minigun, but I'll wait until like March or July to do so)

Do they go up in price in the off-season?

They do, but barely. Kinda like Halloween items. That doesn't mean collectors won't pay you tons of metal when you've got the full set or a cool level/s, though.

I wanna sell my extra Festive Frontier Justice but otherwise no. And the ordinary festives are worth pretty much nothing it seems anyway.

What was everyone's total take-ins from the holiday crates?  Mine was 4 ref and 2 stranges, which I know is no Fort Knox, but as a 2-month-old F2Per it's a lot more money than I've ever seen.

Played with Resetti yesterday, tip:
Get out of Valve server's quickly.

Yesterday i got Granary (i hate Granary, but i'm fine with it cause it's a comp map), then it went downhill really fast because after that we got Well (the worst 5CP map), which make me ragequit of how easily you can get stalemated there.

What do you recommend then?  Because I don't know how to find legit game servers other than through Valve.

I just beat up a team that were being especially cocky.  We were attacking on a control point match, they tried to choke us off midway, left the point unguarded - I just popped in as a scout and capped it with about 30 secs left.

1.Lakeside
2.Gullywash
3.Yukon
