Damn, that computer is a cheating bastard. I keep getting my ass kicked by Blanka EVEN with Sagat, who probably is the most powerful character (and my favorite) in all SF.

Talking of favorites, mine are, in order:

Sagat-Dhalsim-Mr. Bison-Balrog
It's M Bison, not Mr Bison   :gawe:

Ah, I remember that happening to me when I played Super Street Fighter II on my cousin's old Super NES. Dodge the Tiger Shots, and then get nailed with a Tiger Knee or Tiger Uppercut   :ouch:

I learnt new swear words that day.

Nah, I meant as me playing as sagat in SF2.

Lol SF is not button mashing, unless you are playing first version with E-Honda.  Crossover body slam + thousand hand tick + fierce throw + thousand hand block damage = win.

His electricity attack never was much of a problem for me. Human ball attack, HOWEVER...

That's about the most n00b thing I ever heard.

Honda's hand on first version is godly because u tick a fierce throw means 1 crossover block kill.  Whereas lightning is just crap.

Yeah I grow up at an age where people actually go to arcades to play arcades.  So you know you suck when you do.

Personally I am more into Alpha 3 then the original SF2.

Come now, the "Most n00b thing you've ever heard" is pushing it a bit. It's actually fairly decent if you can get in close.

And don't think I haven't played the Arcade version, either- I have, but I'm mainly accustomed to using Sagat and Vega.

No it's not, it's a crap move that gets the user killed.

Nobody would EVER used that in SF2 against a real person in the arcade.  It is a 0 range, 0 priority, 0 mobility, useless for tick, time consuming action that gets you sitting there getting sweep.  Even if you are jumping in when this activates you can still kick for a trade, sometimes beating it completely.  It's worst then pressing the taunt button in some other games.

This is not the same as later installment (alpha) where the author realize, hey maybe it needs to beat air cuz it sucks so bad, or the Capcom vs Snk version that can be roll canceled.
