Yes, but Yoshimitsu has been in both of Namco's fighting game franchises (Tekken and Soul Calibur) and since Nintendo got Link in for SCII I'm thinking it's gonna be someone from that franchise.

IMO Phoenix Wright would probably be an assist trophy, screaming out OBJECTION! to damage people and stuff.

Doubt they'll be allowed to use snake seeing as the MGS games aren't coming to Nintendo platforms (to my knowledge), Sonic seems likely with it bringing 4 games exclusively to Nintendo platforms.

And most of the 3rd party list is fanboy dreaming.

Why wouldn't they bring back Ice Climbers or Ness? Ness is a staple of the series, even though he hasn't been in a non-Smash Bros. game for 20 years now.

I have no idea who Ventiful Joe is, but everyone else and their dogs do, and they all want him in the game.

I feel the Wonderful 101 will be designed like Olimar was with the Pikmin.

I agree with your opinion of the 3rd Party, which is why I underlined a fair number of them.

Ness I feel was a clone of Lucas and will not be included, he probably will make the cut either way.

Ice Climbers probably will too, I felt that 2 duo character wouldnt work so I replaced them with what I felt was a more deserving Baby Mario and Luigi duo. This is the reason why Olimar was gone too. I didnt want 2 characters with the same unique concept.

I forgot to add Mr. G&W. I think he will make it.

Dude Lucas was the Ness clone, not the other way around. Ness was unlockable probably because he joined the party later in story mode.

Also Ice Climbers is much more probable than Baby Mario/Luigi. Just think about it.

By Ventiful Joe you mean Viewtiful Joe, and he is freaking badass.

Also the Villager meme is brilliant. Even better than the Tympole Villain meme.

also, i think that animal crossing guy is a HUGE waist of a spot.

One thing I'm worried about is that Samus' Power Suit is based on the one from Other M. I shudder to think if they base other aspects of her character on that awful game.
