Chaos and Destruction.
Ultimate Carnage was basically the same as #2.
Need for Madness is a very fun free flash game.
Now here's a game that I wish would be remade. Now the Test Drive series is usually affiliated with high end sports cars but however in this one, it takes a complete U-turn. This is Test Drive: Eve of Destruction or to you guys in Europe Driven to Destruction.
I mean more like RoR. Maybe a bit more rigid than that, but along the same lines.
