Thunder Punch doesn't get any bonus from Rain Dance, though Snorlax is still an all-around good Pokemon if you wnat to use it. I'd say go with a Seel with Hydration for sleepless Rests. Or maybe Castform, because if you're building a weather team then why not?

Both Snorlax and Castform can use Thunder, though. But yeah, it's really up to you since your team has most of the roles filled already.

If you really want an electric type and a bug type then why not just get Galvantula?

Masquerain is decent enough if you use it right. A nice SpA along with its huge movepool can still make it a sweeper (albeit an average one).

I think it's better to have one or two not too focused around Rain Dance. Just in case someone counters with another weather change.

Hey kill, what about Gyarados ? Waterfall + 1 Dragon Dance or moar is pretty dope under the rain.

Just be careful about Thunder and Thunderbolt.

Personally I don't mind Fire/Fighting since it's a manly typing and pretty good offensively, but three of them, especially starters, in a row is a bit much.

I just hope we see another thing on the first road than yet again a boring normal type that evolves into another boring normal type, another boring flying/normal typ that evolves into another boring and useless flying-type.

...and two equally ****ty bug types, of course.

Anyone here play Pokemon Snakewood? It's basically Pokemon Ruby, but it takes place during a zombie apocalypse. There are some really tough puzzles and stuff, and a derpton of fakemon, but it's a fun hack overall.

Fire/Fighting would be redundant.
Plus, its a desert fox.
Though, considering its origins, it might end up like Vulpix and how it knows moves like Will-O-Wisp just for the concept of it.
Which would be pretty interesting.
