Guys... A Billy Deck is a deck that uses a "fun" theme.

Only played the computer version.  Mainly plays lockdown and counter spell, similar to the control decks I use in magic the gathering.  Even in pokemon I use a stall deck, and in UNO I deliberately draw the whole deck.

Yes I am a control freak in card game.

(As it is, Spy is a +1. Descendant's +0 effect works nicely when Summoned through Spy)
