First you have to make the decision if you want a few haevy weapons or alot of smaller weapons.

No, you want a good core setup before focusing on weapons. I shoot for around 80-120kg of weapons on a MW and 200kg or more for a HW.
This is basically my core setup for almost all of my VS's.

Try shaving off some weight with Aluminium Plates- that way, it'll provide adequate protection, whilst retaining the damage.

On that note, wouldn't it be better to use a DSL bar instead of a disk for the hammers?

Maybe it's still in the Teams folder ?

Go open the bot files in your teamX folder in Teams (teamX being the number of the team your bot was in). If you read your bot's name in one, you haven't lost it.
