I apoligize for what I said about moonbear because My best friend is fighting in Iraq right now and I have great respect for the American Troops.

I guess I took your post in the wrong way becuase I thought you were serious so I apoglize for the stankcat comment. I was pissed because I've been over with the roboman subject and you brought it back up and I'm sick of worthless posts in my showcase I just want to learn and get better like everybody else , so when I get dumb posts in my showcase it pisses me off. For now on post tips on how to make my bots better and we will be cool:smiley:.

I was pretty upset with all the fail in How My Razors Taste 2, So i during Psyc class this morning day dreaming I came up with this. Drive: NPC's fast with Tornado's. It's sort of a gut ripper face spinner hybrid:smiley:. The only problem with it is it tips back when droven. I'm not to broken up about that because it's just a rough draft:smiley:. So I'm all ears for tips on the tipping and other help. I'm putting this in Red CAP letters because everything after my apology and Nary's post was "Worthless Posts" so thanks idiots for adding more to my showcase.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE ADVISE ABOUT MY BOTS, THEN DON'T POST IN MY SHOW CASE I DON'T CARE ABOUT ROBOMAN, POLITICAL VIEWS OR ANYTHING ELSE. STOP DOING IT TO MY SHOWCASE BECAUSE i DON'T DO IT TO "ANY" OF YOURS THANKS.

Every extra post about "not spamming" is yet another spam. I thought we got the pattern already. This includes my post itself of course.

A mod should delete all the spam along with all the "do not spam" messages. But if that's not possible, please do not post anymore non showcase related comment after this one. If you have something to say about this particular message and must comment on it publicly then go make a topic on the general discussion session.

BTW, what weapon motors are those? Normal or Fast?

I think you can help the tipping problem by moving the driving motors back. You probably also want some kind of back extender so when someone ram you head on you don't just tip over.

You can probably get the extra KG by removing some of those red batteries. I don't see any burst motor in your bot so there's no need to meet the amp requirement. Just ant should be fine.

The aluminum extender connecting the 2 plows doesn't look very well protected. If you anticipate it getting it, then a DSL bar would be better. If not, then I guess aluminum or even polycarbonate would do just fine.

One last thing, vlad is a better wheel than tornado. You get 500 more HP, same grip, and cost 2kg less.

HMRT3... Hmm, those screenshot angles are a bit poor. I can't tell what the wedge is like. Worried about such a tall setup.

I "overpowered" my bot with 2 etek drive and 2 etek weapon with 7 ant. It wouldn't even used up half way for the whole round.

2 npc fast and 3 npc normal? Maybe around 6? You can always add more if you find that you are running out during a match, or less if you find yourself with too much power.

And if you worry about motor speed, here's an experiment you can do. Try driving around @ testing area with all your batteries, then, take out all of them and leave maybe 3 or 4 ants, and drive around again. See if you can notice a difference. There should only be 1 drop off point where battery power affects motor speed. Last I check with 2 etek it was from 2 ants to 1 ant batteries.

I just notice something. Get rid of those multi extender in the middle of the disk. They got 375 hp and they can break before your razor does. Replace it with either beater bar, or just take out the one razor in the middle entirely (usually the middle one hardly deals damage anyway).

I changed the wheels to Vlads, changed the plows(not permant though still deciding), solved te tipping problem with a skirt hinge in the back. Also the extenders with the razors on them don't fall of before the razors do so there staying. A problem I came across is that the front wedjes kind of suck. What I mean by this is they get under some bots and when it does it gut rips really well, but other bots out wedje it. Is there a trick on how to make skirt wedjes better or out wedje other wedje bots?. Edit: lol there is still 3 light dsl teeth on each panel the camera angle made the front ones invisible.

I think metal hinge wedge are just better than skirt hinge wedge. While that doesn't mean you can't build a bot with skirt hinge that can get under a metal hinge, it does means that if you have two identical bots, with the only difference being that one is using metal hinge wedge and the other using skirt hinge wedge, the metal hinge wedge will win most of the time.

NPCs are DRIVE motors... not WEAPON motors.

You should as well put your spinners at the front (means better wedge) and i am pretty sure an uneven number of face spinners lower stability (slightly) and wedginess as well.

Put Technos on this, because it's too slow for being a good gut ripper as well. You need stronger drivetrain to get the enemy bot on the spinners.

Use magmotors instead of NPCs for the spinners, and you'll be able to get better wedges with the weight.

Can somebody list what motors are considered weapon motors. I always just use whatever but it would be nice to know for a future Reference:-D.
