Viper stop bashing rm2444 because he's the scapegoat of the week, he was absolutely RIGHT on your bot.

_____

EDIT: On topic, about your bot, 5 ants will be enough for it.

I'm not bashing him because he scapegoat of the week or what ever, And he is NOT RIGHT because the way he said does not work and if does it's 25sec later(tested many times in battle) and by then the bot would of already been destroyed:ermm:.

Ill try the 5 ants:smiley:.

I used D'Legend Killer chassis.

AKA Microwhirl's chassis...

Don't think I wouldn't recognize my own bot's chassis and component setup.  It's OK though, as long as you change it up enough.

Advice for HMRT2: The E-tek has two attach points on the axle, one high and one low.  Try using the low one.  The weapon will hit more stuff and the bot will also be more stable.

Putting some kind of extender or spike on top of the bar SHOULD help it self right.  It doesn't have to be long, a 20 cm extender or a Typhoon spike should do.  That pretty much always works on any bot with a two-ended bar.  The only reason I can think of that it wouldn't work is that the bot is so tall.

To lack feeling is to be dead, but to act on every feeling is to be a child.

Ya it is microwhirl chassis the only thing I kept the same was the drive from the chassis on this bot so it's somewhat different:smiley:. As for HMRST I'm almost to the point of scrapping it because of the invertible issue I've been trying many things on top to get it to work but nothing seems to work. I'll try it again with the 20cm extender and the spike and see what happens.

Armour Steel 1

1.To start off I know bear claws are normals. 2. I don't care, it goes with the name. 3. This is my first popup at least I think it's a popup(maybe side popup) and I wanted to do something different, this probally the only one I'm going to do with the bear claws the rest from hear on out are going to be with razors. Idk open for tips for improvement:smiley:.

It ain't a popup.  Its actually an unorthodox whammer/ side hammer hybrid.  Pretty innovative.

The razors on the hammers seem to make the bear claws useless, other than that, quite nice.

Off topic, but...

I actually have proof that you wouldn't:

So it comes down to a single battle axe versus eight iron spikes on a fast vertical spinner.
I thought Heaven's Sawmill had 16 irons. :P

On topic:

If you take a look at Razorback v2 in Nar AI, you'll see that it's a true popup/wammer hybrid, you could take some ideas from that.  Maybe you could replace the front razors with spike strips, or other flat weapons, to allow the hammers to come into play a bit more.  Try different weapons on the hammers and see which ones will allow them to hit at the same time for bigger hits.

Sorry guys I wasn't sure if it was a popup or not:redface:. I will look at the Nar Ai when I get a chance. The razors actually don't make the bearclaws useless they pretty much hit at the same time, but I see what you guys are saying. I know there is alot of better combos with the hammers but I want to stick with the bear claws because of the name and also this is just another fun online bot nothing serious obviously because of the bear claws;).

NAR AI SaberTeeth is closer to this than Razorback. And the diagonal popup design on it should fit more.

Assassinweight??? LOL

The whole flame war is a waste of post space.  This is a showcase.  For bots.  What the heck does post count matter, anyway?

Roboman didn't cause any problems, at least that I can see.  He tried to give you simple advice.  It didn't work.  You got P.O.'d at him randomly.  if it doesn't work, move on.

This type of intolerance vexes me to no end.  I just don't get it.  Lighten up.  If this continues, don't expect me to help you out anytime in the future.

Really I didn't know this was showcase,Post count matters to Robo thats why he has so many "Worthless Posts".

Roboman didn't cause any problems, at least that I can see.  He tried to give you simple advice.  It didn't work.  You got P.O.'d at him randomly.  if it doesn't work, move on.

No I was not P.O.D at him randomly, he does this to other people showcases to not just mine thats what pisses me off, I've been moved  on with this until Stankcat brought it back up.

This type of intolerance vexes me to no end.  I just don't get it.  Lighten up.  If this continues, don't expect me to help you out anytime in the future.

I'll lighten up when I stop getting "Worthless Posts" in my Fu***** showcase. And do you think for one minute I give a dam  if "YOU" help me out in the future:ermm:.

@ everybody because this is getting so irratating with these stupid off topic posts. If you don't have any advice about bots then Seriously don't post here because I don't want to hear it at all "Thanks"
