So here it is. Bot of the month for May 2016. It was build right after the botm thread for may was up and took a few hours to build. Especally those wheelsguards. Locating the bmp files for reskinning also took more time that it should have.

The wedges close to the spikes are part of the Chassis. The ones on the puter side are components.

it did selfright in the test garage but I couldn't test it in battle as the dsl 2.2 AI pack crashes my game :/

Why not fix the AI crash then by redownloading DSL2 and importing your bots or finding the error?

How do you make something attached to your bot collide with the storm piston?

Assuming I understood the question correctly, it doesn't. Components that belong to the same robot have no collision issues unless the component is knocked off.

I like making strong flippers so the Idea of using a Pneumatic system sounds promising and the only method I have found at the higher weights is multiple beta burst motors

I'm stull not quite sure what you mean exactly. Are you using DSL2.2? The burst I used is in there. Maybe that answers your question
