Well you could atleast lower the chassis a bit.
The skirt hinge seems to have insane collision mesh, so i'm sure there'll be some way to get round it anyway.

Attach the skirt hinge, add the skirts, and then make them vertical. Would that work?

Reminds me of Spit in Your Eye built by some Old World Veteran. Also, are you using a door hinge for the bottom wedge?

Yes I am
Anyway new bot:
Suction

Uses Storm Pistons to "Stick" to the floor, allowing it to outwedge almost everything, although cannont move while sticking to the floor.
The far ahead smartzone is for the pistons while the other is for the weapon.

It was supposed to be slow, so it would have enough time to stick to the floor without having the opposing robot outwedge it.

That's actually quite a good idea. Does the bot jump up at all when the pistons retract?

My first version did, but that was when the pistons actually touch the floor.

Aaah, nice.
I tried something a bit like this a while ago, but instead I had the wheel motors attached to linear actuators that'd in theory lift up the wheels so it was perfectly flat on the floor. It failed badly.

But anyway, I like this, you never know, you may start of a trend with this

nice idea to fight the wedge war

but sadly it wont take much for a fast robot to out-wedge it before it gets a chance to fire

Farther out sz? Also, does it work with less pistons?
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

bringing us to the problem 123 has with his robot and now GK has poped up with this issue

right now there is no way to measure speed of an opponent unless Click, Trov or Madiaba work their python magic...

True. If you set it up for a fast opponent, you'll be outwedged by a slow one. If you set it up for a slow opponent, you'll be outwedged by a fast one. Then there's wedge length to take into account. If the opponent has wedges that are 200cm long, then he'll be under you before his chassis reaches the smartzone.

Excellent at destroying popups, it attacks their unguarded sides with the saws.

Needs mag drive at least.
Can have less batteries
Saw are generally bad (but might work for this purpose)
Random extenders are random
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything
