Indeed, yes, but no matter how far out I could get those ME's, the tite sheets would reject the idea of attaching.

Is there a workaround?

You could always put the MEs on the "pointy" part of the chassis.

You know I said I wasn't going to build any more? I lied. :3

I was trying to build either a CW for Marty's tournament, or a HW for Thyrus', but for some reason it turned out as a MW. Don't ask me how =P

The name means 'terrible' in (Aincent?) Greek, if anyone cares =P.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but this may or may not be the first ever MW Popup I've built.

Not bad actually. I'd take plaz's advice on this one as that should be lighter. If not, try mounting some steel sheets on a skirt hinge from the top.

But wouldn't that get pushed in to the main chassis if a bot or weapon goes against it, as skirt hinges aren't rigid?

Try and get it so it intersects your wedge, then it generally doesn't happen.

Which part of the wedge; Wedge Extender or Small Wedge? Or does it not matter?

imo static tite sheets are more reliable. And are less likely to wreck your bot by causing AGOD. And you could also scrap the wedged front as well.

Uh, minor upgrades all-round. 8 razors, 7 ants, larger reach, Plastic 3, BSG's turned around, tite front, NPC fasts, lower and tighter chassis, weight much closer to weight limit, immature name...
