either he rotated it and it meshed cause ra2 is weird or he axle loaded the wheel off and then attached the disc.

I would go for axle loading. You'd never get regular attachment methods to work like that. Unless ZeroG intervened.

Just out of curiosity, what order do builders axle load things? I always tend to put the disc on first, then attach a flipper segment (or steel extender if I need more weight) to axle load it, then stick the wheel on.

I put on the motor, added insides, added disc, then put a copal on the NPC, axle loaded with the copal then replaced it with the techno wheel. Simples! tch...
