Well, is it even realistic?  To me it seems like the wiring required wouldn't be able to fit through that space.  Even if it did, would it be able to even hold up?

Unrealistic in my opinion, though it looks really cool!
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

The only "realistic" rule is the one that says things cant go through other things. Everything else is too complicated and not applicable to RA2.

The chassis made me go "WTF?" until I saw that you did it with the Trovaner glitch. How do you do that glitch anyway?

I suppose that since chained motors are considered realsitic, ultra-thin chassis should be as well...
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

The origional post was in the official forums, wich are down now, but by the magic of the search button, I found this.
First, check the "Rectangle" option.  Then clear the grid.  Then draw a new chassis.  Then, move the "Height" and "Width" sliders.  You\'ll be able to move the first four points you place anywhere you want.

I was able to shave a few tenths of kgs off to give it Steel 1 armor, I angled the supports down more so the drums didn't hit the ground, and I skinned it. 248.4.

Here's a few screenshots from NAR AI 2.0

It's not the most effective bot, and the piglets glitch occasionally, but it will probably be my BBEANS 6 entry, cause it's awesome <3

Not bad.

Should we consider that Trov glitch as legal in tournaments or what ?

I like the bot. Nice skin too.

About the realism...I don't want to call this. I mean I think it COULD happen, but it would be really brittle on the heavier versions, but it could be implemented on the AWs and stuff, so IDK.

in theory that robot would flex and bent at that point... I don't want to call it either but imo (and we are all entitled to one without being shot down) its unrealistic *hides under desk*

guess its up to Click (assuming this is for BBEANS)

I thought we agreed realism was basically saying nothing can go through anything else, because any other rules ("omg that extender would snap!" or "wires couldn't reach that motor") are just too complicated and too open to bias.

yes it is you also looking at this to complex  ;)

simply issue a yes or no to the glitch use in DSL (which you have posed the question to click)

So that's why you wanted to know whether the Trov glitch was allowed.

The argument that this bot would be too fragile IRL is invalid; we also allow polycarbonate extenders holding hammers on spinners which would never work in real life, and a bunch of other things.

So I'm saying that the Trov chassis glitch is allowed.  Looks like Sage is on his way to make another controversial bot (though I can't imagine it will be as bad as the BumbleBee controversy).

Woohoo! Have you watched my tutorial on the Trov Glitch, Click? Make sure you set up your game right with the low graphic trick, or else the trov glitch doesn't work :/

I upgraded Hummingbird. Can actually fight a ton better now, but still can't beat those damn shell spinners. Oh well. Tit 1.

Is it invertible ?

Might as well turn the small beaters 90 degrees so they protect the drum more when spinning.
