Realism just means that if you can build the same bot in real life, it's realistic. But if components intersect, it starts to get a bit complicated:

If anything passes through motors, batteries and other supporting components, it's unrealistic. But if a component passes through the chassis, it's fine.

If weapons intersect, take note of the welding concept. If the weapons can be welded together and don't interfere with the other components, then it can be considered realistic.

So currently, your DSL bars are passing through the motors. Fix the weapon arc and it's fine. However, we would want you to make it invertible (while using wheels of the same diameter) and use ants or battlepacks instead of the odysseys. And a simple rectangular chassis always helps

Ballast suck k? dont use them. Unless short of weight and wanting to improve wedge

the long black batts also suck. Bad power to weight ration i was told

Hmmm... make the chassis lower. Use Mag snappers instead for the height.

Also, by building to the weight limit, we don't mean that you should use ballasts to fill up the space. There are tons of ways to use the extra weight for: more wedges, more batteries, better wheels.

I gotta agree with Inf on this one. Typing properly doesn't eat up that much time anyway. :P

Anyway, I think your bot is a bit underpowered. You can find the adequate amount of batteries you should have by checking the descriptions of the motors and the batteries. The power supplied should be more or less the power used.

Also, you don't need to clone bots from other showcases. Just build whatever those bots inspired you with. :D

Except the Duble perm. It only needs 100 amps, At least that's what I heard ( well, what I saw )

I'll show you how it's done !

10mm plastic, 6 ant batteries in total, NPC fasts. Built that in maybe 10 minutes.

It's decent to my standards, nothing more.

Also Rich for attaching the discs to the baseplate i used multi extenders. They're a pain to work with when you're new, but very good because very small and light, and they can get out of the chassis.

@DK: Alll spinners work easily with the third of their theorical power needed, but when you have burst motors you don't want to UNDERpower your bot.

Did yer find yer way in yer game across yer parts to finds what yer parts are better for yer bot buildin' and yer what not?

In other words...If you can SPEAK ENGLISH, and know how to USE A COMPUTER, you should be able TYPE IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE VERNACULAR as well.
