moving hammers arnt all bad, if it gets put on the wall the hammers will roll it off :-D

Great idea putting the hammers on the wheels so they spin as well... and technically do increase damage (slightly), plus less extender work.

However you don't need that many ants, i think.

Teh spinny hammers also make it a bit less stable I think because the mesh is a rectangular prism or whatever instead of round or a hexagon.

Wow, one of Firebeetle's best MW rammers back in the pre-forum days was called Tofu.

Why is Tofu such a popular bot name? It makes no sense! FB was just being random when he named that bot!

Anyway, that bot looks really good. I've always thought about making a SnS like that but never actually done it.

You are going to want to get the hammers out farther because a fast bot can sneak under the hammers. With the way that the hammers rotate, wouldn't it also have a tendency to climb wedges?

Tried the hammers farther out, and it wasn't as good because when it got swept up on a wedge, it couldn't get as good a hold on the ground cause they were in the way.

90%+ of my AWs havok and this one didn't so I'm happy.

3mm plastic. Had to BFE the chassis to get it low enough, but it's realistic.

Made a MW SnS:

Sometimes it spins "normal speed" (Like Haymaker), and sometimes it spins faster than it should. The axles fly out of the motors like a foot. Not as stable as TOFU/Convoy because less front/back support but still a killer.

Edit: 4 ants and 5mm plastic I think.

BFEing the chassis height is legal IMO, if you take a look at the other AWs in DSL and some other bots too, you will notice that you cant get the chassis that low without BFE.
