The glitch with the DSL axle in the skirt (like Mako). Sorry, I replied to a post that was earlier in the thread.

Well, I decided to re-build obZen again. Here's what the result is:

It's faster, wedgier, and just as destructive. 4 NPC fast drive will do that. It also has titanium 5. The only thing I'm not happy about are the hex plates on the wedges. They're pretty weak, so any ideas on alternatives would be great.

I shouldn't be helping you but i am sure 6 battlepacks will give you the weight to get 30kg Ti plates.

And as you probably will have some weight left replace 1-2 of them with ant batteries... 6 battlepacks is a little short on electotal for a HW popup.

The problem with titanium plates is that using them means the bot is unrealistic, unless I re-position the razors. Ideally, I would use them though.

30kg Titanium plates suck, last time I checked (when they aren't attached to a baseplate that is)

?? 30kg plates don't attach to the baseplate. 15kg ones do, and they kinda stink.

You're thinking of the 15kg ones. The 30kg ones are quite good.

I switched up the wedge design. Now, there's a single 30kg titanium plate in the middle, and the razor setup is also different.

Steel skirts pwn anything else for pure defense though.
