Had an idea after seeing R0B0's latest creation. Got a bit lazy with the skin, though. I'll give it a better one later.

Yeah, it's really painful, but you can get rid of it in one go.

Solution I use: generate a number on a random number generator found on the internet, count starting with ant blades and when you get to the weapon/item at that number build a robot for it. It works because its simple.

Back to standard DSL. Yes, I can still do that too.

398.9, 3 ants, NPCF's, Plastic 1. Complete glass cannon. I wanted to make it compact-ish, partly so it didn't get stranded on low arena walls, or stuck anywhere, and partly because I just like compact designs. Works upside-down, occasionally does this.

Why hasn't anyone commented on this? The bot looks awesome. Shame the extenders are so weak.

I fail at SnSs, so I can't really judge them. It looks pretty cool, though.

Love it. The carbon fiber SnS is the most powerful in my opinion.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

Get out.

THAT is a freakin' amazing bot, NFX. The only advice I could give (AND HURR MY ADVICE SUCKS) Is to put the Axles before the HEX plates, saving 12KG, which should be enough to butch out the extenders and improve the chassis armour.

There actually is good rationale for putting more axles as opposed to less. I have noticed that the more independent axles you have, the better you are at absorbing damage from sledgehammers and similar weapons. The less axles you have (assuming you keep the same number of weapons), the more razors you will lose when fighting bots like Hammerhead Shark.

Improving the armor would be a waste of weight, as any bot that can get to a chassis that small will make mince meat out of it. You are better off with external armor or just more weapons.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

Rammer that I made in about half an hour or so.

398.7, NPCFs, 2 ants. Alu 1, not as if the chassis will be gotten to. Skirts stop it tipping forwards. Runs upside-down fine. Small2 DSL disc on the bottom.
