The popup by far.

Yes, the wedge is too steep for my taste as well also that armor setup, while rather cool and original, isn't the most efficient.

What type of armor would be more efficient?

Metal skirts on a lightweight extender work (like a skirt hinge)

Or you might be able to use that complete game breaker (I very much feel like reducing it's hitpoints in NAR AI) that is the Firestorm flipper, but if you do you might want change your paintjob to a red/yellow one else it's gong to be ugly.

...but with hypnos it will be unrealistic (blade will pass thru wheels) and it won't be able to use Slimbody drive with wide ant wheels.

Well of course it sucks, it's not a complete bot... it will be much better once it has wheels and weapons, trust me.

Looks like a good start, though you can probably make the back end a bit shorter and still have room for batteries back there.

More work has been done.

The weapons and wedge work, the only problem is its lack of front armor.

I'm pretty sure it's either plastic 1,3, or steel 1

That's going to get KOed really quickly by the right bot. Add armor.

Use wide ant wheels instead of Hypno's to get weight for wedge armor.

No, shrink the chassis and lighten up your extender work on the weapon. Tweak it and you'll find something.

I shrank the chassis and got rid of one battery. I tried using aluminum skirts on a hinge as armor. That failed, so I took them off and added a firestorm Flipper. The only trouble is it can't outwedge other robots, so I replaced the hinges with skirt hinges, and made the skirts longer, but there is still some weight left.

Why not put it back?  4 batteries will be much better than 3 with this design.

How wedgy is it with the skirt hinge?

Better (though it looks worse now :P). But is it really worth it to use weight on 2 metal hinges?

It's better, but I think I should make it a bit longer, and add another battery (maybe make it out of polycarbonate).
