I had a design like CS called Vici (As in Veni Vidi Vici) That worked kinda the same, almost destroyed Grog with it! It needs a rebuild though.

That will be one of the bots in NAR AI v2

6 ants, 3mm Ti. 2 titanium halfsheets on bottom, and 2 40cm Ti skirts coming perpendicularly out of the halfsheets to protect the other set of E-Teks.

Bonus points for guessing the name's reference.

Would look very cool with a metallic-like skin, but it's a ghey design and part of a ghey team so i need a pink one... if you guys have something better to suggest, please do so.

Im not sure if this would help it at all, but I would put the second disc on all motors 45 decrees to the first one, that way it should have less bouncing and less chance of stopping when on low battery power.

Nary did you ever make the LW version like the ones in my(the ones with axe/mace on an extender for the controlled movement) showcase. I remeber you said you would and that you would make a custom Py file for it to, Let me know when you finish it so I can see the Py file please:smiley:.

Can you get it to drive? I know for bumble bee it had to have long arms so that it would tip backwards and allow the side motors to propel it.

The thing barely drives. It keeps inverting most of the time... but maybe if i follow SSG's advice it would drive better.

And that bot was a parody, not a tribute.

The Bot You Like To Hate - 247.8 kg, 3mm Plastic, and just one ant batt (Seems to work fine, did not tried 2)

Works well and controlled movement with FBS.py.

Might enter that into BBEANS6 because it's pretty good, but it still lost to Gearhead and Speed Freak (both are going to be updated soon) so i dont know... and that wheel is horribly exposed so it lost to Berserker that isn't that hard IMO.
