MrRoboto's JAS: Just Another Showcase
« on: August 16, 2009, 08:24:53 PM »
Welcome to my showcase.
yay.:gawe:

WWI Tank: a CHEATBOT made to look like an old World War I tank.  It sucks.

Gomez: A flipper. the spike allow the wedge to do damage and thus earn points.  However, like any flipper i build, it is destined to suck

Dire Stupidity: Halfway decent hammer.

Metallic BAGEL: Mmmm... bagelz...  Anyway, this is a pretty good sawbot.  Has too much empty space.

Forum Flamers, A and B: A mutibot named after our favorite pest.

use multiextenders instead of anchors and pole spikes aren't that good cause only the tip does damage. What drive motors do Gomez use? and plz show how much the bots weigh.

^Thats because they are^
So are Astroflights, these 2 motors are meant for AWs BWs and sometimes LWs

Instead on HWs and MWs, try to use NPCs, NPC Fasts or TMWR Drive motors. (I once went nuts and stuck 2 NPCs on a BW! Yeah, you know what that means! No control!)

Lighter extender work could help on increasing the amount of weapons on the bot.

Also, what armor these use? 3-5MM Titanium are the best choice for most bots, but if you want more weapons than chassis armor, go for something lighter.

Ha ha, I like your style of bots.

Flamethrowers FTW.

Also, If you plan to stick around, Build some LW's. BBEANS 6 (The most prominent BBEANS tournament) Is DSL LW!!!
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

LOLZ XD

Well, I luv Metalic Bagel II'z look...
But all your bots seem kinda plain, They look like LWs & MWs
They stand no chance against other HWs, But you didnt built to the weight limit.. So that explains it.

They also dont look scary, When i see bots around here.. With all the freakking razors & stuff i start wondering how did they think about something to confusing, But also.. So awesum.

Ok, What u have to do was already told:
-Build to the weight limit
-Dont use E-Teks at drive (Metallic Bagel II)
-Welcome to the noobz

You can use E-techs as drive, as long as they're the drive versions, not the weapon versions as you're using.
Good evening.
