forgot to mention that the flipper is actually used as a srimech. and no, naryar, the PA flipper mesh is just fine, i even F12'd it to make sure before i even made the bot.

the main idea behind the bot was to have slow speed, but durable defenses. but yes, 4 mags on a SHW (or anything for that matter) is not optimal drive by any means.

also, breaking news: mr as cant build IRL lws:


2mag motor, al1 (all the sadness!), the only thing apart from the armor that slightly bugs me is the fact that i cant get the chassis to fit perfectly airtight inside the shell. its probably fine since you could probably do something like that IRL anyway.

just have the MW to do and my ARC team will be finished. :)

The hammer and flipper look really cool to me. SS isn't bad. Are the flipper makers attatched to an ME, or the shell?

al 1 (more sadness :(), 4 ants. sheets make for sort of a trapping device for wedges to suicide into. surprising amount of pushing power considering the drive.

i dont know why i built these just now... but here they are.

it isnt even THAT good a fighter, i just like shooting things from a distance.


Shakestopper. "inspired" by a mw massimov made. steel 3 and swats away drums nicely, <3
(edit: i dont know why the wheels are showing in the triple bot pic, they dont normally do that in-game...)


Rush Job. basically a HW version of Long Arm of the Law without the long-ass title. plastic 5. its not as fast as i wanted, but the side armor is cool, especially because i wanted to do that on LAotL but i didnt have enough weight.

all npcs pictured are npc fasts.

proof of concept flying robot


its just so realistic. there are 2 hovercrafts in the shell panel "balloon" on the top of the robot. the propellors on the back spin, and IRL they would propel the robot forward, hence why they are called propellers to begin with. feel free to call bulls*** as hard as you want though if its not realistic, just remember that there is a real life robot that could fly, it was called S.P.S. #2 i believe. PL1, btw. skin is poop because i did it literally 2 minutes ago, within the timespan of 30 seconds.

aaand here is a DSL-S bot before anyone starts thinking im one of those guys that only build IRL because they literally cannot build DSL-S. i'm not calling any names, but you know who you are.


i stole CALL THE FASHION POLICE's chassis for this one, i was planning on rebuilding my super d00per sumos team to have weapons, and i still might... maybe. probably PL1 or TI1.
fact: i built this maybe a few months ago when i thought flails were balanced and not, in fact, ghey. from now on i will not use flails on any DSL-S robots.

Looks pretty nice, have you considered trying to make the chassis a little more upright for the extra maneuverability that may help with such low grade drive? Not that I know what I'm on about with these these days.
