I like it. It looks like for something from old robot wars.

Toss the irons and stick on large beaters instead. Get the stabilizers on MEs rather than metal hinges.

I feel that weapon setup is asking for trouble...

Think about it... If you lose an iron or two the whole thing will bounce around uncontrollably, but with beater bars the bouncing will be much less violent.

Or maybe I just think that makes sense since I haven't built a VS in so long.

Dude, that's at least 140kg per Perm. Which is more than 350kg spent on the weapon system alone.

Indeed, it's a good weapon system... just looks a bit fragile, and it's probably going to be quite unbalanced when it loses weapons.

I never said the weapon system was good, I just said it was freakin' heavy. :P

Reier & Scorp, shut the heck up if you don't have anything good to say.

Nah, it's cool and decently efficient. There are better weapons but it looks good.

What's the point if he isn't going to come back?
You may as well be talking to a brick wall.
You're in the main forum, so give it a rest and stay on topic and discuss the bot.

Irons on the bot are worse that beaters, so I'd replace them personally.

i think you should call it radi-8-ion

anywho, why the tit halfsheet? they do not have very good HP
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Stabilisers on Metal Hinges are going to bounce like one of my dad's jacket potatos. Mount them on ME's, and use skirts instead of DSL Bars. They're a heck of a lot lighter for almost the same HP. Use the weight saved from that to swap the Halfsheet (they're only really useful for underside protection & mounting stuff from thereafter) for a plow, maybe Medium, but preferably Heavy. Switch the extenders to Polycarb ones too, the opponent's aren't really going to get to them.

Invertibility would help. I'm assuming it's a middleweight, 87.3kg is a bit of a daft figure to go on.

Looks good, but gahhhhhhh irl drum.
You could also spice up the skin a little, but it's respectable.

EDIT: 3000th post. Nice.

Ah, that's quite clever- gives it a realistic appearance of weight that's still decipherable in RA2   :approve:

Personally, what I do is I move the decimal point of the regular weight one number forward, so that say, 800.0kg in RA2 would be displayed as 80.00kg- it's a good way of simulating realistic weight, I think    ;)

Yeah, that works well too.
