OK then- with these tips in consideration, I'll begin Designated Hero's overhaul. War Bastard is more or less done asides from the paintjob, so just my final entry to complete- I'll post it here once I'm done with the prototype.

WB is OK, but the other guy has a cheatbot2 part (Beta panel IIRC) that makes it illegal for BoF. Sorry.

Ah, OK. It does use a Beta Panel, but I mainly used it as a means of support more than anything, not for overpowered weaponry like with so many Cheatbot2 parts. But that's fine- I'll work on a replacement right away.

As a final update on War Bastard, here it is in its custom paintjob-

Added a Union Jack and nice perspex effects on the lid to give it a quite-unique appearance. This is the version I will send to Badnik, ASAP. I will also finish off my two new entries tonight.

TP

Since Designated Hero got rejected, my cupboard was rather bare in terms of BOF VSes. However, I just managed to complete a prototype for my next robot-

Fairly powerful, and can right itself with the kickback from its disc. Has no official name yet (Its concept name ATM is Shoryuken), but feedback would be appreciated.

Yeah, I like Kickback as well. Looks nice, should do OK in BoF.

Kickback is a good name.
In which case, I'll change it to that. It's now Kickback, and I'll begin painting it soon  :approve:

Moves around quite quickly but not fast enough for it to cause the spinner to troll dance- a good speed for a VS, you could say.

My SHW for B4ttlebots-

Pyromancer, a pushy box-wedge robot with a concealed Flamethrower as its main weapon. It's designed for most IRL SHW opponents, with strong 10mm Titanium Armour, a low ground clearance and centre of gravity, well-protected wheels, no exposed bits for spinners to exploit, and a wedge design that allows it to trap unwary opponents.
Inside-

Plenty of gas tanks and batteries to power everything, Six NPC-Fast drive, and three DSL Flamethrowers in a row (that resemble one externally) for maximum burnination should an opponent get too close. Comments?

I am going to feel really bad as my SHW tears that thing to shreds. :P

Just kidding. I look forward to meeting you in the arena.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

Who cares- I built it more for comparative realism, to have a little fun, and maybe take someone out along the way   =P

And good luck to you too, mate   :approve:

Very nice work there. I built something similar as a prototype, only it had a bulldozer blade on the front, and a Judge Burst Srimech. I wouldn't have thought of putting three flamethrowers in a row like that, though, and I really do like that skin. You're really getting the hang of this IRL business. =)
