Yeah, remove 1 ant and 4 of the panels, that should free up more weight for weapons
(you only need 4 panels to mount enough weapons)

This is going into the realms of removing choice.
8 panels give better all round protection and allow for 8 low flailing razors for anti-wedgeness.
Better than GK since 2009.

I agree, if you have weight for it and it doesn't hinder the bot any way why remove it? I always try to build LW Sheck Spinners with a full shell.

@Vertigo: Yeah with 4 batteries, 8 pannels and 8 weapons with 8 flails and the lightest armor, it weighed 250.9KG, making it a middle weight. So I'm getting rid of 1 Ant battery and 4 pannels. How do you connect 8 weapons on 4 pannels? I know tha you can put 2 flails on 1 pannel, but is that what you mean?

Yes, so one on top of the other.
Get the basics done, then try making the smallest chassis possible.

The Final Product. Hopefully. Barely any chassis room left over.

Good, what weight and armour?
Also, this is FSS chassis micro management (Notice the almost "L" shape):

If weight allows you, place a polycarb or carbon fiber extender on top of the shell to serve as self-righting mechanism.
*facepalm*
I knew I forgot something, it's more anti-immobilisation though.

@Squirrel_Monkey: It only weighs 243.7 and it has 8MM Plastic armor. I'm not sure what to do with the extra weight. And I couldn't really see the L shaped chasis but it looks like your would crush mine lol. What armor do you use and what motors?

The bots I posted were just to demonstrate the chassis.
Titanium 1 is most commonly used, less for more weapons (al/plas 1) or more for fighting popups (Plas 3)
Normal Mag motors are most common, some extreme ones use 2-mags.

ok cool. Um what is the best self-righting device to put on the top of the shell?

^I think he means, Carbon fiber extender. Either 20cm or 40cm depending on how much weight is left.

@Larrain: I tried that on my first bot, but it just spun around. I tried 20 and 40CM aluminum extenders but that didn't seem to do the trick.

@Squirrel_Monkey: I tried a 60CM Carbon fiber extender and my bot just spun around like a top lol. It was fun to watch but didn't invert itself. I'll try 20 and 40CM right now.

I can if it's lucky. Works better with an asymmetrical chassis.
