No, you're gonna start worrying now. NAR AI is the most challenging DSL AI pack, it will help your building skills as well as your adaptation to others'.

The most challenging is probably 123AI now, but NAR has loads of different building styles. :P

Alright like I already said, NAR AI is dowloaded and I made a copy of my DSL game, but I'm not sure how to "instal" it into the game.

To install NAR AI, you have to

1. Get a clean version of DSL
2. Remove the component folder and component.cfz
3. Unzip NAR AI 2.3c into DSL directory.
4. Unzip NAR AI 2.4 into DSL directory.

If you can't get NAR AI to work for some reason, you can give 123AI a shot. It's small, bots are organized by their type, and difficulty is moderate, so it's good for beginners.

Looks like I'm the biggest lose/fag/n00b/idiot to ever sign up for gametechmods. Even with extremely simple instructions and 3 and a half hours of frustrating work, still can;t get NAR AI 2.3 and 2.4 patch working. Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugggggggggghhhhh

That's ok dude. It took me a few tries to get patches to work as well. I screwed up DSL plenty of times. :D

Whatever it is you are unzipping should be in a few different folders that you used to replace your existing ones. Which might include the folder Component, AI, UI, etc. If you unzip and notice they are all in one folder, you need to move what's INSIDE into the DSL directory.

Ok for NAR AI 2.3 do I need a special program to open it up, because my computer doesn't have a program that opens RAR files and therefore, it doesn't recognize that it is in a compressed zipped folder so I can't extract it into the game. Do I need WinZip?

You don't know how to unzip a rar file?

Most unzip program can do it. For example, you can get 7zip for free.

Ok I'm finally back! Happy to continue making bots on DSL. Here's my most recent bot Mouse Trap. It's wedge gets under Scout about 50% of the time, which would suck in NAR AI. The bot has 2 NPC fasts, Steel 1 Armor, and a lot of extra weight and space. I'm not sure if I can shrink the chassis because I need it to be about this wedgy. Suggestions please.
