I love drums, and that is awesome :D

Drive problems, try removing the typhoon spikes and use some angled flipper segs to get the drive straight... but then a popup may eat them alive :/

Oh, and maybe use plows instead of the giant ramplates. They suck, apparently.

Remove those poly skirts in the front and add bottom armor.

NOW its a competitive bot. however the perm132s are weaker then perm 80s as far as torque. i have no idea why but this thing is fun to watch.

1mm Plastic sounds a bit suspect to me. Maybe drop to Minis, upgrade the armour, and swap the Typhoon spike for something a little more damaging, maybe a Large Beater Bar.

I would still drop the wheels down to something lighter.
And if the drive falling off is a problem, you should try using a skirt hinge and perhaps some angled poly/aluminium sheets to give them a bit more protection.

The best solution to the drive problem is to use regular TWM3s; not only will the motors have more hit points but your bot will have a larger turning circle, making it harder to flank.
