The wiki thinks all of the BBEANS 4 VS' are Mako Clones. Not even DOAM is.

But DOAM is a mako ripoff (and the only one)... It has the same armor, the same wedge and nearly the same weapon as mako.

Anyways, I'll finish the Chinese Whispers page.

I think by Mako clone we all meant "Inspired by Mako". Even though they were built by the same guy, its pretty clear that Mako inspired DOAM.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

Maybe a tighter chassis would help, but it depends on what armor you're using and if the empty space is for realism purposes.

If you want you can take an example from my Pulsar XDB (one of my most recently showcased bots).

back stabilizer and top armor.  This bot seem to need it.

All I can really say is make the hammers spin inwards. Having them spin out pushes bots to the sides, making if easier to flank. Having them spin inwards does not really pull them in, but it keeps them from flying off to the sides.

Meh, the dual HS didn't go very well as I'm sure you're aware. But I'm back in my habitat now. And it was time for Fuel to get a rebuild

The immensity of the bar made it very easy to throw around, hence the new slower drive and supports bought forward, outwards and flatter.
And yes. I'm still using the unbalanced DB Motor, because I can. :P
Everything has changed really, the chassis is smaller (too small really, I had to use the mini CB but the small-ness probably helped get good armour), and it's a lot simpler than the last, with less random extenders that could be gone, now they all have a purpose.

Lose the cheaty motor. =P

Also, the ant blade doesn't seem to be doing anything. Maybe get rid of it and have some better armour.

Fuel IS the cheaty motor :P and the motor's in Nar so I'm not losing it ;)
And I did try better armour, but 4 kg isn't really enough to get from Tite 10 (50) to Steel 10 (65). It also gives it more of a link to the original which had saws there for looks. :P
