Looks like a good idea. Things might want to change are the spiked clubs, they aren't very good weapons. Try not using the angle connectors in DSL. I'm also not too sure if iron spikes are the best weapons for flails.

No it is not a good idea... actually it is quite average for a shell spinner. Angle connectors = extra fail. Irons are bad on shell spinners, and morning stars spiked clubs (grrrr) are bad as well.

The rest of the bot looks good, but the weapon loadout just ruins it.

ew flail hammers

Change the angled side panels for straight ones and get rid of the flails (unless you want stuff like flail razors, flail irons arent great)
Might have to get a bigger disk if the straight panels wont fit.
DSL Showcase
is this bot don't lost all razors in a fight before do a damage thought

Good, you removed the anglers.

The weapons still suck though. Go have a look at Urjak's showcase if you want ideas for shell spinners.

Micro Wheels are a bad choice. You idealy want Hypnos, or Minis if weight is an issue. Good choice of weaponry, though, razors are the most effective choice for Flail Sheck Spinners, but I wouldn't have Light DS teeth there, they won't be hitting anything because of the flails there.

Went to the micros looking for grip adding hypnos would be more weight and would require build a new bot from scratch because of space issues. Put the teeth for when the spikes and fails are gone and need a  little weaponry left to keep fighting as well as another thing to take damage before the shell gets hit.

I also have a MW with the same design that I will upload when I get the time.

Much better. But yeah, use large ant wheels and NPC fasts.

Those are some nice screenshots there.  You got anti-aliasing turned on?  Really high-res too.  A lot of people could learn from screenshots like that.

...oh right, the bots.  Back in the day you could make shell spinners like that, but now it's essential to have bottom armor (except in the LW class, where it helps greatly but isn't totally essential).  Get some extra weight (change the irons to razors for a start) and use it to put a DSL disc under the chassis, or at least some titanium half sheets (though some popups can hit through those).

The bots are pretty generic but if you're just going for effectiveness that's not a bad thing.

Ya I have AA up to 32x and 1920x1080 res so the game looks real nice.

When I try to add half sheets on the bots it turns red and will not allow me to attach them. I am using the short attachment point so I am not sure what is wrong and I can use come ideas on how to attach a the shell discs to the bottom of the bot. I am thinking of using the base plate anchor but I am not sure if there is a lighter way.

If the game tells you "baseplate components must fit inside the chassis" (most annoying error message in the game BTW) it means the chassis needs to be taller.  Half sheets can't be attached to minimum-height chassises.  I think the minimum for half sheets is 0.4something.

Upside down baseplate anchor works for attaching bottom armor, if you have room in the chassis.  Otherwise you can use a multiextender with a 20cm extender coming down off the side, which is 1kg heavier but smaller.  Skirt hinges can also work and are very flat but you run the risk of the armor flexing out of the way and the chassis being hit.

Some chassis height breakpoints

0.338182 (lowest botlab height)
0.353 (skirt hinge raised by 8)
0.38 (NPC vertical)
0.41 (half sheet and 4 ants)
0.43 (small multi extender raised by 7)
0.48 (small multi extender rasied by 8)

It's a pretty decent bot, but 10mm plastic is overkill.  If you drop it to 5mm plastic (which is lighter but just as strong), you can use the weight on wheels with higher grip, more external armor, or more weapons.

Too large of a chassis. The weapons also don't stick enough outside.

Also, as Ounce said, these wheels are good for hitpoints, not for grip. Get hypno wheels.
