Here are the two versions that I have come up with both have 5mm steel and both weight in at over 790.

This one is using the suggestions that I have got here.

This one is just like the last but with the titanium sheet instead of the saw blade.

The second is the more effective of the two but both are weak vs and type of wedge.

I kinda doubt that having it that wide will do much good. Shrink chassis.

Also, What armour and what's the weight?

Alu extender looks very suspect to me. I'd try to hide it in some way. Maybe have it closer to the vertical and mount the 8000HP Dual Perm on the underside of it.

Removed the wedge and replaced it with two poly sheets attached to the under armor and I remade the weapon mount with a DSL bar for support.

Also named it Bird of Prey because it sort of looks like a bird

Here is a shell spinner that I made.
Drive: 4 Flat motors with Hypno wheels
Weapon: Duel Perm
Power: 6 ant
Weight: 743
Armor: 5mm Steel

Problems: Can not add more to the shell because the drive will spin in circles.

If the bot spins in circles then try putting some half-sheets on the bottom/upgrading the drive.
You could do with loads more weaponry aswell, see urjak's showcase for loads of shell spinners :P

You want to ideally add some underside protection, like a couple of Titanium Halfsheets, and 2WD NPC fasts with Hypnos should be fine for this. It'll come out as less weight overall, and be considerably more stable, with any luck. You also need a good deal more weaponry for this to be competitive, perhaps you should try the 150cm disc. And drop the armour to something like 3mm Titanium, or 5mm Plastic. You're not going to get hit very often apart from popups, and even then the halfsheets should offer good protection.

Here is an updated version of the cage spinner that I made a while back. I am thinking of basing the shell on this frame because they are pretty close.

What is really good about this one is the fast spin up time and when at full speed the weapons do not look like they are moving, just like on a stacked HPZtek cage spinner I made in stock.

Good, but it would be better to use DSL bars to attach the shell panels rather than flippermakers, since they only have 1000 HP each. Ice picks aren't very good on spinners either. Also, what armor does it have?

Still a bad weapon setup. Make something where all the weapons hit your opponent at the same time, that uses less weight on weapon setup and is more resilient. If your bot gets upturned, you are 1000 HP away from losing one of your 4 spinner arms.
