Looks fantastic. Can anyone show me how to change the textures, though?
Its just bitmap editing (and maybe a little targa editing depending on what the component is)
so find the component's own folder, open the maps folder, open the bitmap in Photoshop or your preferred cheap knockoff (:P) and manipulate the images from this thread to fit the existing texture sizes
then save..
to clarify though, this is updating textures, to correctly make new skinned components you need to edit the model files...
