You see I had that server up for a while, and then when i upgraded to windows 7, it like logged out of hamachi, and I forgot my username email...  I dont really get what your question was

It's a freeware that sets up a sort of network, and you can create virtual servers with it so you can play RA2 with the Local Network setup (Technically done to reduce lag but i still lag like mad in multi).

And yes, you may sound like a noob.
