Not sure if there was a topic about this but...
 
Does it work?
 
Looking through the files it was supposed to let you create components and more advanced bots but was it ever finished?

Its on the RA2 website, cant figure out how to get it to work.

Yes, it works after a few fixes (mostly converting it to numpy).

And no, it's not a magic way to create a bot exchange - it's just a library to parse .gmf and .bot data.
