i dont really understand why you would need more than 16 chassis points..... i dont think ive ever reached 16 on any of my bots to begin with
i'm pretty sure you can't get over 16 chassis points with BFE anyway.

So there I was, stumbling around in RA2 DSL, having some pointless fun, when I thought "Would it be possible to create an infinite amount of Chassis Points? After messing around in the chassis builder for about a half hour, I found out that it is possible, and can be done (in theory) in ANY COPY of RA2.Here's how to make it work:1. Boot up a copy of RA2, and head over to Team HQ. Then, create a new team (any name, any avatar).2. Choose any empty bot file, and load it up.3. Go over to chassis design, and choose "Draw Freeform."4 (IMPORTANT PART). Uncheck Snap To Grid.5. Try to position your cursor in the very, VERY top left of the chassis building grid. you might want to use high resolution, full screen, or movepixel to make sure it is at the limit of the grid.6. If you have done this correctly, your cursor should register as being at point 0,0,0 on the game's X-Y-Z axis.7. Press Left Click twice. For some odd reason, the game allows you to place 2 chassis points in the same place only at 0,0,0, but, because of the natural coding of RA2, registers both of these points as just 1 point.8. Press Right Click twice, to remove these two points. Because the game has mistaken these two points for just 1 point, the system that counts how many points are on your robot, instead of resetting to 0, resets to 255. This allows you to break the usual 16-point limit on the chassis designer.9. This allows you to place as many points on the robot as you such desire. Normal building laws still apply, so you cannot place a bunch of points close together, but it's just a bit of added flexibility.WARNINGS:Using 'Step 2' to try and bend the chassis whilst using this method will crash the game. Instead, only adjust the height, and do not touch the points in Step 2.Going back from Step 2 to Step 1 will crash the game.If you export the bot, the bot will crash the game the moment it is imported. In some rare cases, you may get it to import, but it will crash the game when loaded up in a fight or in the bot lab.It is HIGHLY recommended that you reset the game after building an infinate-point bot, so as to exile unwanted glitching. Doing this, but keeping it in your Teams folder, will not crash your game, for reasons yet unknown.PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE:(Image removed from quote.)Enjoy your new glitching, fellow builders!
also lol at most toxic guy around calling others out on this sh**
Notice how the only members crying BFE are ones that know nothing about BFE? There's a reason for that.

When you open the chassis grid on a BFE'd bot file it will crash the game. That means he couldn't have created the the bot file and then edited it.

Stop making sh** up HA. I just said anyone who tries to make a chassis like that using BFE will probably just crash the game. From a technical standpoint anything that can be saved as a bot file can obviously be replicated in BFE. The technical challenges behind actually making a chassis like that with BFE is an completely different matter. To give you guys an idea, I just open the bot file to check just how many lines the chassis object it. It spans from line 931 to 1170. Good luck finding anyone who can BFE 240 lines in without messing up and corrupting the save file.
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.
[user was muted for this lying piece of crap post]
Just cause I can use BFE to achieve the same result as Hax Mode doesn't mean Hax mode doesn't exist. However I haven't tried this myself. I just don't see 123STW as someone who would support Foxpet in trolling us.
